After a Balayage or highlights service a toner is sometimes needed at an extra cost of £29.50 your stylist should advise you on this.
we also recommend a blow dry after any colour service to showcase your new colour but it is not mandatory.

SPECIAL OFFERS
- Students receive 20% off a Cut and Blow Dry Tuesday-Saturday. Upon proof of a valid student card.
1. Appointments and Deposits
• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• The deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your service.
• Deposits can be paid online, by phone, or in person.
2. Cancellations and No-Shows
• We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being non-refundable.
• No-shows will forfeit the full deposit and may be required to pay a higher deposit for future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals
• Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service to avoid affecting other clients. In such cases, the deposit may be forfeited.
4. Refunds
• We do not offer refunds on services already carried out.
• If you are not satisfied, please let us know within 5 days so we can assess the issue and offer a resolution, such as a correction appointment.
5. Pricing
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• A full quote will be provided before your service begins. Additional charges may apply for longer or thicker hair or for additional services.
6. Client Responsibility
• Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your treatment.
• We cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions if relevant information has not been disclosed.
7. Gift Vouchers
• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.
• They must be presented at the time of booking or payment.
8. Right to Refuse Service
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate or abusive behavior toward staff or other clients.
