I have been coming to The Industry Hair Salon for about 6 months.  I have always been made to feel very welcome on arrival and everyone is happy and smiley and engaging.  I have my hair coloured by Elley who is super super efficient and even when I have to have a whole head of highlights she seems to do it in record time (something that makes me feel so happy as I hate having to wait in a chair for like 4 hours for a whole head of highlights).  Elley takes about an hour and a half for a whole head and that includes a blow dry and trim (I never have much cut off). The colour is always amazing and lasts so well until my next appointment (it doesn't go yellow).  The condition of my hair has improved so much since I have been coming here - i think that is because they look after it so well whilst colouring and genuinely do care about the condition of it.  I walk into the salon looking like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards but always leave feeling amazing. I’ve been seeing Steph and the team for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else - Steph takes great care to listen to what I’d like to do, gives great advice and knows the best colours for my hair. She is very skilful with colour application and cut/styling. I am always happy with the result! Steph always delivers with my cuts and blowdrys. Having recently taken the jump and had all my long blue hair finally all cut off I feel so happy to have finally taken the plunge.
